Presented by Twisted Whiskers. Spring is in the air and it’s time to open that garage and go have as much fun as possible while still wearing your clothes. If it has been a while since you’ve had such a time, then you haven’t been to a Twisted Whiskers event the last couple of years. This April though, Dutch and his band of misfits are sounding the rally cry once again and inviting everyone on two wheels to join them for their 3rd Annual Sunnyside Up Café “Spring Has Sprung” Motorcycle Poker Run & Bike Show. The event starts with breakfast at the Sunnyside Up Café and ends with lunch at the Players Pub, and in between you will find yourself along the winding, scenic loop through Northeastern Pinal and Southwestern Gila counties. However, if you have been to a Twisted Whiskers event, you know that the ride is the part of the day that passes the time in between the laughs, high jinks, and mischief that tend to ensue. It’s the moments off their bikes that keep riders flocking back to these runs. If your curiosity isn’t peaked enough yet, then maybe the promise of cash prizes, raffle drawings, and trophies for the bike show will entice you to come join in the shenanigans in Catalina, AZ. First bike out is at 8:30 am, costs are $35 per couple, or $25 for a single rider (Includes Breakfast, Lunch and T shirt), and as usual, all proceeds go towards a great cause, this time supporting Honor Flight WWII Vets. Let’s face it, you’re going to go for a ride that day, so you might as well make the best of it. 7am
